Our products are guaranteed to be exactly as described.  We stand by our reputation of being in multiple businesses for over 50 years, of collecting Radko ornaments for over 30 years, and of collecting gemstones for over 40 years.  We will correct any human mistake we may make (and yes we are human!) to the best of our ability and to your satisfaction.  Contact us with any questions.  We want you to be comfortable with your decision to purchase.  We work directly with our customers not only on the products you see listed, but also on finding personalized gemstones, jewelry, specific collectibles and special requests.  Our inventory is much larger than is listed here and our contacts reach around the world....and we are constantly adding new items.

We are creating a Collectors Discount Program to begin in 2016.  Be sure to login with every purchase so we can include your past purchases into the program.  Also, watch for sales throughout the year.  Login process will begin once software issues are fixed.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS ground.  Contact us if you need expedited services.  Items will be combined for the most favorable costs.  

If you are unhappy about any purchase, contact our sales department within 2 days of receipt.  They will work with you to resolve your issue.
Any returns will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number that must be used on all correspondence and packages.  All items must be in original, unused condition with no alterations nor damage with all original tags in place.  Your sales representative will work with you throughout the process.  Once the returned item is received by us and fully inspected, you will receive compensation according to our refund policy.

Refunds will be issued as store credit only for ornaments.  All other items will be refunded as per original payment method (or store credit if preferred) less re-shelving fees, if applicable.  Contact your sales representative for further details.

Remember to always login to your account when purchasing.  This will track your purchases for future discount programs toward store credits to be used exclusively on your future purchases.  We cannot apply the discount credits to your account if you have not used your login at the time of purchase.  Note:  Login is not active at this time due to software issues.  Other means of tracking are in effect.

We keep all information you give us as in house proprietary business information.  It will never be shared, sold, given, revealed, etc. unless requested via law authorities by way of subpoena.
